Saiful is a seasoned HR professional with more than 15 years of experience in the Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, and FMCG industries. He has a track record of success in managing organizational transitions, restructuring, and talent management. Saiful began his career in 2008 with Warid Telecom (later Airtel), where he started as a Management Trainee in HR and went on to hold multiple roles throughout his tenure. During his time at Airtel, he led a major organizational restructuring, which helped the company secure the position of the ‘second most preferred employer’ among telecom companies as per Nielsen’s campus survey.

In 2016, Saiful joined GSK as HR Generalist & Rewards Lead and was later appointed as Country HR Head of GSK Bangladesh, Nepal, and Myanmar in February 2019. He achieved significant improvements in employee management, controlled key talent attrition, implemented major salary restructuring, and adopted a rating-less performance management framework during his tenure at the organization. He played a crucial role in the leadership team that oversaw the transition of GSK’s business to Unilever and established a new organization for GSK’s retained business. Prior to his consulting career, Saiful served as the Head of HR at Unilever Consumer Care Ltd and led the HR project for setting up the new organization Ekaterra, Unilever’s tea business in Bangladesh.
