A premier nightlife and entertainment venue based in Vantaa, Finland had a clear ambition: completely transform the traditional guest experience through a purpose-built digital platform. Rather than relying on manual ticketing, cash handling at the cloakroom, and informal song request processes, they envisioned a single, seamless application.
The functional scope was highly ambitious. The platform needed to handle secure Finnish national identification verification, multi-channel payment processing, QR-based entry, real-time cloakroom management, digital karaoke access, and live DJ interaction — all within a unified, high-performance cross-platform application.
