Two Careers. One Frustration. One Company Built to Fix It.
Saiful spent 15+ years in HR at Unilever, GSK, and Airtel. Faisal built and scaled distributed engineering teams across the US and Europe.
Different paths, same problem: remote hiring is built to fill seats, not keep great people. They'd both watched talented people leave roles that were never set up to hold them. The gap wasn't talent; it was how remote teams were built and supported from day one.
The Problem
Traditional agencies get paid to place. Once the fee clears, they're done. Yours is just starting: turnover, repeated hiring costs, the same role reopening six months later. The incentives were never aligned to begin with. Nobody was accountable for what happened after the offer letter.
The Invicta Impact
In 2021, we built Invicta to align our success with yours, permanently.
Built by Practitioners
We've sat on both sides of your hiring desk.
Retention-First Model
Our success is tied to how long your teams stay, not how fast we fill a seat.
Partnership, Not Placement
We stay accountable for performance and growth long after day one.
The Invicta Impact
The people behind the model
Together, the founders bring experience from multinational corporations, technology startups, and global remote workforce management.
Mohammed Saiful Islam
Saiful brings over 15 years of experience leading HR and operations at Unilever, GSK, and Airtel. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale talent transformations, managed organizational restructurings, and built high-performing teams across multiple international markets.
His enterprise background gave him a clear view of what makes remote teams succeed long-term: strong operational structure, disciplined onboarding, and a genuine commitment to the employee experience. These principles are the foundation Invicta is built on.
Saiful holds an MBA from American International University – Bangladesh.
Faisal Amin
Faisal has built and led distributed technology teams across the USA and Finland. As a founder and product leader, he brings firsthand experience navigating the real challenges of remote hiring — from time zone complexity to cultural gaps and operational friction that traditional staffing firms rarely have to solve themselves.
At Invicta, he leads the technology, systems, and process infrastructure that enable seamless remote operations and scalable service delivery.
Faisal holds a Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from San Francisco Bay University.
